Sometimes, you don't need a heavy grill, in fact, if the caterer is exhausted getting the grill onsite for his event, then what has he accomplished? This is a light, collapsible grill designed so that the legs, and hoist frame can be removed and placed into the firebox. Put 10 of these grills on your pickup truck, cater your event, and then store them in a compact space when the event is over.
