This vertical restaurant smoker is designed to be used with wood, charcoal, or gas. It can be a free standing unit as shown, or it can be purchased with a flange around the front to fit seamlessly into a masonry facade, OR, purchase it with out sheet metal (as a rack with doors) and install it in a masonry box for the ultimate built-in restaurant smoker.

  • Space for 13 racks or baskets, comes with 5 baskets, 6 racks, 3 hooks, and 1 water pan.
  • Uses standard steam table pans for water pan and bean pans.
  • 16” wide 24” deep 60” tall (plus 16” if purchased with stand on wheels)
  • Can be made in any size, whether your restaurant is large or small, or configure multiple units for flexibility.
