Our line of Santa Maria Grills have been re-designed to meet NSF, and commercial restaurant requirements, but still allow you to cook mouth watering meats over smoky red oak or red hot coals just like we do in California. These are the grills used to make Santa Maria Style BBQ, which consists primarily of sirloin, tri-tip, and linguica sausages grilled oven red oak coals, or charcoal if you really must cheat. Available in 3/16" steel, or 3/8" steel fireboxes for long life.

Available with Argentine, cast iron, round rod, square rod, expanded metal, or mesh grilling surfaces.

A rugged commercial Santa Maria Style Grill with a deep firebox to allow use over an immature (smokey) fire, in your choice of 3/16" or 3/8" steel. 1 1/2" flanges around the top allow built-in counter top mounting or purchase the 4 caster stand that makes this grill a stand alone unit. An 18" wheel and ratchet lock complete this design. Available with your choice of Argentine, cast iron, round rod, square rod, expanded metal, or steel mesh grill surface. This grill is designed to be the simplest long lasting grill that we can make, and it works best in a bare bones configuration, like Santa Maria Style BBQ itself.....Apply red oak to good beef, add a little salt, pepper, and granulated garlic....and enjoy!
