Our Argentine Catering Equipment is designed to be moved from your catering trailer or truck to your customer's location, and set up quickly and easily. Our catering tables have sturdy folding legs to be stackable on your truck, and are light enough to move and set up easily. It is also designed to put on a show.

Nothing screams Good Asado like the sight of 4 lambs roasting on our Patagonian Crosses like our round, brick lined Argentine Cross Table. We also make tables for roasting steaks, chicken, and chorizo over embers. Remember to buy an extra table to make embers on.

We'd all probably prefer to cook on the ground, but this is difficult to do today!

Main upright member is 60", each of 3 cross members is 24", "spear" to hold cross in the ground is 18" unless you ask for a different length.
Dutch Oven Set with Argentine Cross

This Portable Dutch Oven, Grill, and Argentine Cross Cook Set is designed to hold one or more dutch ovens and/or a grill and/or an Argentine roasting cross over a bed of coals. The stand is constructed of 1/2" hot rolled steel, the hooks can be placed over a length of 32". The legs are 34" in length and fold flat for storage or transport. There are four different length hooks to allow adjustment of oven height. Two additional hooks are provided to support the grill. The grill is 11" X 16" , and the height of the grill can be adjusted by chain. The Argentine cross is constructed of 1" X 3/8" X 42" steel for main length and the two included cross members are constructed of 1" X 1/4 X 24" steel. A lid lifter is also included. Painted with black high temperature grill paint. Ships in a 42"X 11"x 6" package that weighs 55lbs. Dutch oven not included.

Truck or Trailer portable Asado Catering Grills, consisting of a fire table which should be lined with split firebricks and a grill table with removable grates. Completely modular, you can mix or match grates round rods of steel or stainless steel, expanded metal, or solid metal (chapa). We also have a brasero insert or can supply you with a separate table to make embers.

Fire Table: 63" wide, 36" deep, and 24" high a top of bricks. Add 3.5 inches for carrying handle
Grill Table: 54" wide, 27" deep, and 12" high at grate. Add 3.5 inches for carrying handle
