I am getting ready to build a late 1800's cowboy town resort and will be specializing in wood fired BBQ. I am impressed with the variety of the type of campfire tools you have available. It would be nice to have a visual of meat hanging from these hooks. I only vision meat being so tender from the smoker that it "falls off the bone". Is this for a shorter roasting time only?
